I. Crystal Skulls Of The Solverse

"Crystal skulls became a mystery on many planets in the Solverse. Many believed they were the work of extraterrestrial species who had visited their worlds in the distant past. However, as researchers discovered in the last few months before the merge, the skulls were actually elder gods who had been defeated by industrial grade pulse weapons. The human civilization responsible for the devastation conquered a good portion of their local galaxy before they stepped on the proverbial rake and unleashed a bioweapon upon themselves that destroyed their DNA. Ironic in that they could harden gods to stone yet they literally melted out of the timeline due to their own mishandling of dangerous weapons."
